June - Fête de l'été, Fête de la Musique

There have been so many fun June activities we are having a hard time keeping up.  And school is not even out yet, the last day is July 3.

The afterschool center (Centre de Loisir) that Alex attends had a really fun end of the school year party with games and pedal racing cars.

Fête de l'été all weekend, games, rides, food, animals, you name it.  The theme this year was the Circus.  Alex and Vincent both ran into their friends from school, and Alex learned some magic tricks.  We went back for the parade in the evening.

Vincent enjoyed the boats and Alex got to play soccer with the dogs and his friend Nassim.

Yearly celebration on June 21, the longest day of the year and the summer solstice, with music at venues all night all over France.  Of course we went to our favorite spot the Anjou.
